The Collective - Seen, heard and validated!

When I start to work with someone I want to find out who they are and what’s important to them. I want to be “passionately curious”. Not like a two-year-old, “why, why, why” but a genuine curiosity as to what makes them tick. I’ve often heard from people I support they just want to be seen, heard and validated. If we are passionately curious, keep our biases and judgements in tack (let’s be real, we do have them all the time), and come with no agenda, we have the best chance of people feeling seen, heard and validated. This is a conversation about how we can do that in any environment.
